WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLEHOW TO CARE FOR LEATHER

Leather surfaces are just like beautiful skin. Leather must be carefully cleansed before it can be properly conditioned. As leather ages, it loses essential protectants infused into the leather during the manufacturing process, leaving the leather susceptible to dirt, oils and UV damage. To keep leather looking and feeling its best, you must keep it clean and then replace the lost moisture and protection by using a leather conditioner.

TIP! Chose a water-based, pH balanced leather conditioner. Less expensive brands of leather conditioners often contain petroleum distillates or silicones which will leave a greasy finish that will transfer to clothing.
